Wow - this program works!

I jumped at the chance to try Xtreme Fat Loss: 1) because of the people involved with the program – Shaun Hadsall and Dan Long; and 2) because I needed something to get me off my butt and started again on the path to a fit and healthy lifestyle. I had started this journey earlier in the year after YEARS of inactivity and unhealthy eating, but had been pretty inactive since June. From Thanksgiving to mid-December I had put on about 8 pounds. Even though it seemed crazy to try something like this during one of the most challenging times of the year – I was all in!
